[Healeys] Re.. LJK Setright

 Umm. LJK Setright was personally the most flamboyant of English automotive writers, and substantively the most colorful. But most accurate, and most objective. Not even close. 
I once asked Phil Llewelin and Karl Ludvigsen separately what they thought of him, since I had just finished Setright's <<Drive on: Social History of the Motor Car>> which I had enjoyed. Both in different words said basically that he was excellent to read for entertainment, but never, ever quote him because he was wrong as much as he was right, shifting facts to support his (often very biased) opinions.
Fortunately, Graham Robson and Mike Cook got in this year, and there are some good choices for future years' selections.

I am with you on that Patrick.  LJKS opened my eyes to so much when I read his analysis of F1 when I was in high school, and his history of Bristol cars is one of the best out there.  (Denis Jenkinson is not too far behind mind you!)
