[Healeys] Color Guide

I have a friend who wants to paint his car and is looking for paint information. I have a copy of Don Pikovnik's Guide to Historic Colors and he likes the OEW sample in the book.


The book gives a ICI reference number so what do we do now? Is that transferable to other brands or how does this work?
