[Healeys] Inertia Reel Seat Belts

Been there done that.  Manual 3pt belts are safer and allow you to still
fold down the back seat.  Don't bother with the inertia reels.  Actually,
if you care about safety, inertia reels are very unsafe.  One in a late
model Volvo killed my mom 5 years ago.  Old school manual 3pt belts are
MUCH safer.
