Fred,Those photos are of my BJ8 that are posted on John Simms website showing the Electrical Fuseblock. While using Charlie Harts FuseBlock I encounter problems but made it work anyways. Charlie couldn't understand why I was having to turn it upside down, etc, but we figured out why. The "Green" wire connections are on opposite sides of the early Healey's FuseBlocks compared to a BJ8. Also, there's only 6 places for Fuses on Charlies BJ8 FuseBlock compared to 7 for the early Healey's FuseBlocks. The screw holes line up with no problems. I have a Toyota 5-Speed so I didn't need the OD Relays, etc.

 Can anyone direct me to a source for a large wiring diagram for a "66 BJ8?

See attached. Can?t recall whose (excellent) work it is.

  Is there a workshop manual on CD?

Used to be sold on UK eBay. Also someone on & off this list who sold them. >From Canada? Not MS!

  I know there is a source for a larger fuse box that fits the original screw holes, any ideas?

Charlie Hart. See attached. Can?t recall....used to be an issue re this board and BJ8s....wrong way round/upside down. Something like that. Maybe I should read the attached. I?ve got the board on my BT7; great item.
