[Healeys] Coolant Expansion Bottle

Hi Patrick

The radiator should not be filled to the top. Fill it only to about an 
inch from the top to allow for the water expansion.

This was the norm before expansion tanks were used. My Silverstone ran 
this way all through the highs and lows of Italy in 32 deg plus days.
