[Healeys] Radiator badge

Here is another pic, my small rectangular plate is stamped  64   11  
which I always thought was a date plate as my car was a late '64 dealer 
demonstrator and sold to its original owner ( Im second owner) in 65 and 
thus registered as a '65.
