[Healeys] LED lights

Carl,

It sounds as though you are using the Moss Motors flasher, the one with the
ground pigtail on it. Go to NAPA and purchase the electronic flasher they
sell, without the ground pigtail, and this will solve your problem.

I had the same issue with my conversion until I switched to the non
grounded flasher. The LED bulb uses such a small amount of power, the
ground wire allows the dash light to blink. Moss in fact will tell you to
use the original bulb, not the LED. The reason is the original bulb takes
more power than the LED and so the original bulb will not blink.

NAPA only sells 2 kinds of electronic flashers, one with and one without
the pigtail. The flasher is not behind the counter, it is just in one of
the isles.

Good luck.
