[Healeys] Someone just got a GREAT Tricarb for a steal

The grille is upside down but I don't see a missing tooth. There are other things wrong with the car.  Nothing that can't be easily corrected.  Over all very nice car for the money.  I can't say it's a steal without knowing more of the cars condition.  Notice there aren't any pictures of the undercarriage!
