Good question.

Another Question: Why are all these items and documentation which are now
in a so called Healey Museum in Holland not donated to the Warwick town
council for having them within the archive at the most appropriate place?

I'm confused. Who is the current owner of this publicly available archive
and therefore the vendor of the material? Why is publicly available
material that is of great regional importance not being donated to ensure
the future security of it?
