[Healeys] Armstrong shocks need help identifying

Nothing in a Armstrong Jan. 1962 catalog by those numbers. There are some telescopics for an Aston Martin that are 4xxx but there aren't many levers that start out 4xxx. 
The adjustable levers seem to be DAS 9 or 10.

Anybody have an old Armstrong shock catalog that could look up these shocks so I know what they fit? 



The numbers stamped on them are E.M. 4182 & E.M. 4196
