[Healeys] Exhaust Manifold Refinish

Good advice, Al.  I had mine Jet-Hot coated 12 years ago and they still look
virtually new.  Highly recommend.  Going to do my intake manifold this time
around.

If I had my engine out and the manifold[s] off, I'd probably:

*         clean up the rust 

*         think about cleaning up the insides for flow, if you think you
will gain power/response 

*         ensure the mating surfaces are flat, machine if not

*         determine if I need/want to replace the studs

*         send out and have it epoxy coated [eg Jet-Hot] / otherwise, paint
