[Healeys] No oil pressure--conclusion

Michael--

Oil pressure did not appear until I removed the oil filter. My belief is
not that the first filter was defective but rather that the oil pump was
not able to overcome the pressure created by the filter.

In any case I have retained the first filter and will explore its innards
to see if I can find anything further.
