[Healeys] Oil

[Michael Oritt]

Ok I'm gonna ask the question:  Who is rat 540?

A google search under his name seems not to reveal his identity though he
is a prolific and generous contributor on several fora.

The article is extensive and certainly impressive and rat does go to great
lengths to convince us of his process and conclusions.  That said it flies
somewhat in the face of much other evidence and directs us fom one additive
to  another.

Thoughts????
