[Healeys] BJ8 Console

Would someone please tell me where to get instructions for covering the center console on a BJ8. I didn’t take the car apart so I don’t know: is the vinyl glued directly to the metal, is there padding under the vinyl, are there three separate pieces of vinyl ( 2 sides and a front piece), does the finisher strip cover the edges of the vinyl? I need help. Thanks.
