[Healeys] Steering lever removal

Hi John

I had trouble removing the lever on my BJ8 recently, couldn't shift it 
with heat and a standard puller, a mate used his hydraulic puller but 
still it wouldn't budge, left the puller on overnight and it had popped 
off by morning!
