thanks to all
So my thoughts are generated by my now needed to have a partial replacement
of my right knee and I can't get it done until summer. I am hurting
everytime I get down and place jack stands. I am still chasing oil leaks
and really need a hoist to check it out. Plus I am 6'3" and it just easier
to work on when its up off the ground. I also need to install my
trafficator, horns, front air shield and grill, plus the rest of my
interior. My Healey is the only car to park in the garage. so up on the
lift instead of the ground is fine. I like the kwik-lift and home made
alternative. I also like this unit
http://www.quickjack.com/products/quickjack-accessories_quickjack-portable-car-lifting-system---3,500-pound-capacity.html
.
So between arthritis in bot ankles an dboth knees and soon to partial knee
replacements, a lift seems to make sense. I do not have the head room for a
2 or 4 post model.
Cheers and thanks for everyones opinion
Cheers
