I use that system as well, sometimes on my 4 post lift and some times on the ground. I have paid for the lift many times over just doing oil changes and brake jobs on my too many cars

Given the amount of lift.... and the cost..... I would stay with a floor jack and jack stands. I mean...how often are you getting under the car to warrant a $2K investment that you now have to take apart and use up more precious space in your garage? If it was a real lift that you could walk under then I think it would be a good investment.

Great concept. I have friends with similar lifts but are hydraulic or air driven.
Don't store a car on it as leaving the suspension hanging isn't good.
Ground clearance to get a Healey on one is critical and not all are low enough. Most are under $2k.
I have a 4 post and love it but this one you are looking at is sweet.
While I can lift mine on the 4 post to get all 4 wheels in the air it takes a bit of time. If this one fit on my lift then I could be interested !
