I was curious as to the date of the advertisement also. Only info that I could find was that the switchover to all figure dialing began in the UK in 1966, although it was not until the early 1970s that all exchange names were converted. (attributed to Wikipedia so may not be correct) Anyway looks like the ad is from the late 60’s.  Suspect someone on the list has the ownership record for Mr Healey’s coupe filed somewhere. 

Regarding the car being sold for 850 pounds. The inflation rate from say 1969 to 2013 would inflate the selling price to 13000 pounds. Good thing for the current owner that it is a highly collectable car.!
