[Healeys] Suspension bushings

PU bushes do not twist, they rotate around the centre bolt/bush which is 
usually stainless steel or galvanised steel. The latter can rust if 
neglected leading to premature wear/failure.
That is why lubrication (and maintainance) is necessary
