[Healeys] Frame colour Early BN1

I do not know the cut off # but I do know early cars had black engine bays.
40 years ago when I painted my engine bay I painted it black because I
never knew what color I would eventually paint my car. We talked about how
early cars were black, not mine. So today, my non concourse car is Blue
over/white with a black engine bay. Some day I'll pull the engine and paint
it the correct Blue.
