[Healeys] Mystery Car

​Anyone have any idea what this is? I am very seldom stumped, but I do not
recognize the grill. It has an Italian look, but it could be a custom
Studebaker for all I know?
Its part of a Microsoft background image for Windows 10 desktop slideshow.
