[Healeys] Core plug extraction

I’m not sure anyone mentioned in this long thread but there are two different types of core (soft) (freeze) plugs used on big Austin Healeys.  The early cars had dished type, expansion fit, and 3000’s had cupped, interference fit. Extraction via lag bolt/slide hammer can be used on either type. Only the cup type can be rotated by hitting on one side and pulling with pliers. Don’t damage the step on the dish type or getting a seal on the new plug well be very difficult.
