[Healeys] Stuck needle valve

True enough.  I figure if I pull the lids, undo the banjo bolts etc, im proabably looking at a guarenteed fuel leak since I dont have new gaskets handy. Just trying to get it about 3 miles to home from storage so I can work on it there and do it right.
