For me the best fuel gauge is the odometer.
My 100 gives a pretty constant 23 to 24 mpg, sometimes 25+ when interstate
cruising at 70-75.
When I see 175 miles I am thinking about refueling. When I see 200 I am
looking for a gas station.
Plus I probably want to stretch my legs and pee so maybe I should simply
use my bladder as a gauge.
