[Healeys] RE WD-40 blue torch penetrant

Why bother , the best penetrant hands down is 1:1  ratio  ATF and 
Acetone.Just by a quart of each and it will last you a lifetime. Mix in 
an acetone proof ( metal oiler) container as needed.
