I believe the owner is Graham Goodhall
He drove a 3000 in the retro London to Sydney Rally back in the 1980s?  He
gave a talk at the Sydney AH Owners Club

The car was also seen at Prescott VSCC meeting 2014.
Definitely Midlands Centre owner.
