[Healeys] Inner tubes

Michael and Bob,

 

I suspect these might be what you are looking for.  I've had them on
my shelf for years.

They are made of plastic and press-fit inside the rim.

5/8" outer and 7/16" inner - to allow tubes with thin valve stems to
fit the older rims with 5/8" holes.
