This my interpretation..hope it helps
END 3399B The Lucas part # but it should be 5 digits probably 23399B I
think the B designates the second series of modifications and I don't know
what the END is.
 3   64  Built March 1964
M418R The Lucas model number
 12V That one is tough :-)
