[Healeys] Packing Plate

My lock is installed without the packing piece or the rubber seal temporarily. I can see now that I will probably need some thickness of packing piece after installing the seal. By the way, what kind of glue do you guys use for the rubber seal?

Surprised someone hasn't fabbed a bunch of these and put them up for sale for $49.95 each.
Our BN2 didn't have one (or two); but with the new seal the lid sits a bit high anyway.
