[Healeys] Heater controls installation questions

Howdy,
 I looked at Moment/Anderson Restoration Guide at the Healey Club Web site,
John Sims' site and a general interent search and could not locate any info
on installing the Heater control switch and cables for a BT7. Does anyone
have instructions or a link to a site? Photos would be helpful as I am a
visual person.
