[Healeys] Gas Gauge

Charlie,
This can be because the sender is incorrectly oriented and the float is hanging up on the edge of the "well" rather than 
going down into it all the way.

Try rotating the sender 180 degrees.

Also helps to run a separate ground wire from the sender to the chassis.
