[Healeys] Let's talk oil some more..

Probably did not use the proper cam lube during assembly and/or had the 
wrong viscosity oil in the car. Synthetic 20W50 could handle this, even 
with less zinc. A high lift cam does not help either.
Ideally spec should be less than API-SG and 20W50.
