[Healeys] Wiper arms

The older OE style as well as some of the new ones available used a piece of spring steel to hold the tension on the glass. This was marginal at best. 
The good quality ones that are available today use a spring inside of them to hold the tension on the glass, This way they actually will work.

So… I have a new set of wiper arms on the car, and I want to wash the windshield. With the original wiper arms one could lift them away from the windshield and park them. That cannot be done with the new ones I have. WTF is up with that.
