[Healeys] Kingpin set

Can anyone tell me if BMC # 8G 4175 is for a big Healey kingpin set

and BMC # 1G 4345 is for a single big Healey kingpin?

 

I know that Quinton  Hazell  kingpin set is part# is QP295TC
