[Healeys] Starter resistance

Start checking your earth straps battery-chassis and engine-hassis. Look 
for presence, corrosion, broken.
Than check integrety of all other leads to starter, clean and tighten 
the battery terminals.
Seems to me there is a lack of use of the car (to much resistance in the 
battery cut off switch).
