Indeed there is. I stuck an extendible magnet thingie down mine and
retrieved, from memory, a nice little spanner, a small screw driver, a few
mystery nuts and assorted swarf and filings. Worth a look even if just for
interest's sake.
Brackets...ie on either side.

There's an opening in the top of one of the chassis brackets that is
referred to as the black hole. I think if you hit that one in a Pachinko
palace you win
