[Healeys] Fuel tank straps

Here is a suggestion for those of you looking to replace the packing
material on the straps that hold the fuel tank down.
I looked for this material for ages and then finally found a great source.
Picture framers use a material which is virtually identical to the original
as matte for pictures.. It comes in various shades one of which is the grey
that was used on the original straps on #174.
The framer will cut it into 1" wide strips that are perfect..
