[Healeys] Here we go again... 4th time now

I got a message from Mark saying that it was yahoo being stupid, and there was
nothing to be done.
Three times for me now, and I may try another email

Can anyone tell me why I'm seeing these every other week?  Emails
from the
Healey list should NEVER bounce on Comcast according to xfinity. 
Sounds
like someone's mail server at the other end might be having issues...
