[Healeys] Radiator petcock

[Oudesluys]

If it can be taken apart you can lap the tapered parts using some Brasso 
or if it is a very bad fit some fine valve lapping paste followed after 
cleaning thoroughly by lapping with Brasso. Clean thouroughly and fit 
together again using some graphite tap grease.
