G'day

If you can't find a remover I would recommend a Thor brand hammer which is
copper on one side and rawhide on the other. Copper is softer than chrome
and won't damage the knock-on.

Knock offs tighten while driving.

You may need to get one of the lever type knock off removers or make one to
gain enough leverage to remove it. Conversely, get a bigger rubber hammer
and beat the S*** out of it.
