[Healeys] email problem

I use Juno for mail and as my ISP. When I attempted to send a post yesterday,
it aborted, I believe on some type of write error. Subsequent attempts to use
Juno failed as it was "stuck" in the outbox. I did a restore to an earlier
date and was able to successfully activate Juno, but when I would enter the
outbox in an attempt to delete the message, it would fail again. Is there
anyway to externally delete the corrupted outgoing message? TIA. Doug
