[Healeys] Austin Healey 100-4 on Ebay

Fellow Healeyoids,  Here is what appears to be a nice 100-4 on Ebay by Kurt
Tanner restorations.  Need some work.  For $30,000 it seems like a very good
deal.  Is this for real?
