[Healeys] painted chrome

Not much help to you, but I painted mine a number of years ago, and it still looks the same as when I painted it.  If I can find out the kind of paint, 
I'll list it.

The grill surround chrome is in excellent shape. It is suppose to have silver
paint on the inner half to reduce the reflection of the grill bars. It is
suppose to be a mat silver. If it is not on your BJ8 it has been removed. See
