[Healeys] lenses

Oh, contrare. If you replace your turn signal bulbs with Litezupp LED bulbs
they work with the addition of a Litezupp flasher module in place of your
Lucas unit. Litezupp makes replacement bulbs for British cars for positive
ground applications as well. I have their brake light LED bulbs in my
positive ground Bugeye and my Harley Davidson. They are many more times
brighter than the old 1157 bulbs. In fact they are just as bright with the
brake pedal not depressed as the 1157s were with the brakes applied. One
thing I learned from Litezupp is you do not use a red LED bulb in a red lens
stop light. Something about the spectrum of light. You will barely see them
in this case. You actually use a white led bulb behind the beehive or Bugeye
type red lens and it is super bright. They are made in the USA, so you don't
have to worry about being un-patriotic like so many of the asian replacement
parts we are forced to buy these days. No
financial interest, just a very happy customer.
