For the indicator lights it depends on your "blinker". The standard 
Lucas indicator relay will not "blink" any more when you fit LED bulbs. 
You have to change this for a non load sensitive item.
The rest you can replace without issues. It will help to keep the sparks 
on cold, dark, wet roads.
