My OD has quit working. I can hear a click when I switch it on and when I
switch it off. I am looking into the electronics but while I'm doing that I
have a non-electrical question.

I am pretty sure I have had too much oil in the transmission - like an extra
quart or two. Could this impact the hydraulics and not let enough pressure
build up to engage the unit?  I have used Red Line MT 90 for a few years with
great success/no issues so I don't think that's a problem.
