[Healeys] Fire Extinguisher

I have been looking online for a fire extinguisher that I would be able to
mount on the bulkhead behind the drivers seat.  I am thinking that 3-5 lbs
is about the right size.

What does the collective knowledge of the list say about the size, type and
location of an extinguisher?  Refillable or not?  If refillable, how often
should it be done?

I have not found anything online and I think that it may be a shipping
issue for a manufacturer.

What are the thoughts out there?
