[Healeys] what year

My 1964 BJ8 was a personal export delivery by a Army Officer. I was told it
was common to shave a year or two off the age when you brought a car into the
US. My car is registered as a 1966.

correct.  My '64 with single combined lamps was sold as a '66.  Sat on the
lot for over a year - probably because it was a white car.
