Hi Tom,
At the risk of stating something that everyone knows; the usual cause of
the shattering of the door windows is over length sharp pointed screws on
the door pull handle. Do check those before you install the replacement.
Secondly you will be very lucky to find a good used original. So many of
those windows suffered the same fate as yours that all the originals have
been used up long ago (particularly the drivers side) and excellent repros
have been on the market for many years..
