Okay, now I'm confused ... some say 4-in, and Patrick says 4.5 ... ?



Anyway, I ordered a set of Nexen 165/80s from WalMart as recommended by a
Lister.

Originally the rim width of the standard 48-spoke wire wheel was 4.5in which
were fitted with 5.90x15in cross ply tyres which equates to 165x15 in
radials. The same size tyre that is fitted to Volkswagen Beetles.
